Provydr is an online recruitment and talent marketplace platform operated by SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD, a company registered in Nigeria. The platform is accessible at www.myprovydr.com and connects job seekers ("Candidates") with businesses and individuals seeking to hire ("Employers"), while also offering business services including events management, website development, digital marketing, workflow automation, and business consulting.
Throughout these Terms, references to "we," "us," "our," "the Company," or "Provydr" refer to SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD. References to "you" or "your" refer to any individual or entity using the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, browsing the platform, submitting a job application, posting a job vacancy, making a payment, or otherwise using any part of Provydr, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and may not register an account.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Eligibility
To use Provydr you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Nigerian law;
- Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law or regulation;
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
- Not have had a previous Provydr account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the platform to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
4. Account Registration
4.1 Creating an Account
To access the full features of Provydr, you must register a free account. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and to keep that information current at all times.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at info@myprovydr.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
4.3 One Account Per User
Each individual may hold only one Candidate account and/or one Employer account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or limitations is a material breach of these Terms.
4.4 Profile Accuracy
You represent that all information in your profile — including qualifications, work history, skills, identity documents, and company details — is accurate, honest, and not misleading. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
5. Candidate Terms
5.1 Free Accounts
Candidates may create a free profile, browse job listings, and submit applications at no cost. Free-tier candidates receive a daily job digest via email and may apply for jobs. When shortlisted for an interview, free-tier candidates are required to pay a one-time ₦1,000 interview unlock fee to access the employer's meeting link.
5.2 Featured Plan (₦1,000 One-Time)
Candidates may pay a one-time fee of ₦1,000 to become "Featured." Featured candidates appear on the Provydr homepage, receive instant email and SMS job alerts, gain priority placement in employer searches, and enjoy free access to all interview links for the lifetime of their account.
5.3 Candidate Pro Plan (₦3,500/Month)
The Candidate Pro subscription provides all Featured benefits plus CV visibility boosts, direct employer messaging, priority interview scheduling, profile analytics, and unlimited interview link access. The subscription is charged monthly via Paystack and automatically renews unless cancelled.
5.4 Identity Verification
Candidates may voluntarily submit identity and credential documents for verification. Verified candidates receive a verification badge visible to employers. Submission of false documents is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.5 CV & Profile Content
By uploading a CV or profile information, you grant Provydr a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and share that content with verified employers on the platform. You retain ownership of your content. CVs are only visible to verified employers.
6. Employer Terms
6.1 Job Postings
Employers may post job vacancies on Provydr. All job submissions are reviewed by our admin team before going live. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any job posting at our sole discretion without notice, including where we determine it to be misleading, fraudulent, discriminatory, or in breach of applicable law.
6.2 Accuracy of Job Listings
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their job postings. Job listings must reflect genuine vacancies. Posting fictitious, expired, or misleading opportunities is a material breach of these Terms.
6.3 Employer Verification
Employers may submit company registration documents (CAC certificate) for verification. Verified employers gain access to candidate contact details and CV downloads. Submitting false company documents may result in account termination and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6.4 Employer Plans
Provydr offers paid employer subscription plans (Starter Access at ₦10,000 and Growth Plan at ₦25,000) that unlock additional job postings, featured placement, and enhanced candidate access. Plan details are available on our Pricing page.
6.5 No Employment Relationship
Provydr is a marketplace platform only. We do not participate in the employment relationship between Employers and Candidates. Any hiring decision, offer of employment, or contractual relationship is solely between the Employer and Candidate. SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD bears no liability for any employment disputes, salary claims, or other matters arising from that relationship.
6.6 Non-Discrimination
Employers must comply with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Job listings must not unlawfully discriminate based on gender, religion, ethnicity, disability, age, national origin, or any other protected characteristic under applicable Nigerian law.
7. Payments & Fees
7.1 Payment Processing
All payments on Provydr are processed through Paystack, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service and privacy policy. SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD does not store your card details.
7.2 Fees Summary
- Candidate Featured (One-Time): ₦1,000

- Interview Unlock (Free-Tier Candidates): ₦1,000 per unlock

7.3 Refund Policy
All payments on Provydr are non-refundable except where required by applicable Nigerian consumer protection law. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@myprovydr.com with your payment reference.
7.4 Subscription Cancellation
Monthly subscriptions (Candidate Pro) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
7.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to premium features may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a suspended account due to payment failure.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, profiles, or content;
- Impersonate any person, business, or organisation;
- Submit forged or altered identity, academic, or professional documents;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without written consent;
- Transmit spam, chain letters, or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the platform;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any user account or system;
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls;
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- Engage in any conduct that is discriminatory, harassing, abusive, defamatory, or threatening toward other users;
- Offer, solicit, or receive bribes or kickbacks in connection with any employment or service transacted through the platform;
- Republish, redistribute, or sub-licence any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund, and may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our IP
All content on the Provydr platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, software, databases, text, graphics, and features — is the exclusive property of SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform (such as your CV, profile information, and job descriptions). By submitting content, you grant SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
9.3 Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD without obligation or compensation to you.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
10.1 Platform "As Is"
Provydr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
10.2 No Guarantee of Employment
SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD does not guarantee that Candidates will secure employment through the platform, or that Employers will successfully fill their vacancies. The platform is a marketplace tool only.
10.3 Third-Party Content
Job listings and candidate profiles are generated by users. We do not verify the accuracy of user-submitted content (beyond our verification programme) and are not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on such content.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SHOFU B SOLUTIONS LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) ₦5,000.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at info@myprovydr.com. Upon account closure, your profile will no longer be visible to employers, though we may retain certain data as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, fraudulent payment, submission of false documents, harmful conduct toward other users, or requirements of applicable law.
11.3 Effect of Termination
On termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Paid fees are non-refundable on termination for cause. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) shall survive.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18), Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004, with the seat of arbitration in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of Provydr after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform before the effective date.
